2 years agoUnfortunately the food is just not good. It’s edible, but not worth the price. The fries were so soggy that I ended up having to put them in my own oven at home to crisp them up. The burger is nothing to write home about, pretty standard, but poorly presented. Sloppily put together. The lettuce on my burger was wilted with a rotten piece. I won’t eat here again, also they don’t have any tops for their cups.

3 years agoFood - 5/5 Value - 5/5 Atmosphere - 4/5 Service - 4/5 American Wagyu, brisket, quinoa… they have patty options. Much like a Shake Shack. I honestly can’t tell why they have such a low rating, these are some fantastic, creative burgers, fully deserving of 5 stars. Its not fast but thats not the point of a place like this - you come here for a GOOD burger. Get the CEO or Swag burger, bonkers good

3 years agoBurgerFi has waygu burgers and hotdogs. There is also the option to dress or spruce up your french fries with different toppings such as parmesan cheese or aioli. Burgers are delicious and made to order. There is also a Coca Cola Dream Machine for your drinks. Don’t know if there was a after movie rush, but some of the tables were dirty, so that is the reason I didn’t give 5 stars although I would definitely go again.

4 years agoPremium priced burger that didn't quite meet up to expectations. Flavor was good, but presentation & service was a little lacking. The actual burger was nowhere close to the marketing presentation. Sorry to say that, this being my first visit to any of the BurgerFi locations, the only thing that intrigues me about going back is maybe trying to get a couple things that this location was not prepared to offer during my visit (onion rings & milkshake). Apparently they were understaffed, short-handed, or got a late start and were struggling with just burger and fry orders. -- SWAG Burger did have a good flavor and enough heat to keep my interest. The candied ghost pepper bacon and sweet tomato relish were delicious. Fries were acceptable though not exceptional.

4 years agoGood burgers, their onion rings were enormous and tasted as yummy as they look! I thought the Logo on the burger was really cute! A yummy little lunch!

4 years agoWe ordered the onion RINGS, and what I got included 2 onion halves. My brother got a burger and fries, but they totally forgot his fries. Very pricey for not so good food and service.

4 years agoNice burger joint. Nothing fancy, but most importantly, the food is good and isn't that the reason you go to a restaurant? Had the Breakfast All Day Burger and fries. Very tasty, lots of flavor. The fries were done right - crispy (well done) and seasoned just right.

Edited 4 years agoI only got the Urban fries and the key lime concrete this time — but man, was it good. I mean wow I didn’t know what I was missing. Though I didn’t have a burger, I’ll definitely be back to try one of their specialties as they looked very good/fresh. The urban fries came with Parmesan and garlic aioli, and the aioli is definitely the star of the show. The key lime concrete is basically key lime pie mixed into a vanilla custard (tastes like ice cream). It is delicious, affordable, and just small enough to be a nice treat. I definitely recommend coming here - great service and great food.
