Unfortunately the food is just not good. It’s edible, but not worth the price. The fries were so soggy that I ended up having to put them in my own oven at home to crisp them up. The burger is nothing to write home about, pretty standard, but poorly presented. Sloppily put together. The lettuce on my burger was wilted with a rotten piece. I won’t eat here again, also they don’t have any tops for their cups.
Food - 5/5 Value - 5/5 Atmosphere - 4/5 Service - 4/5 American Wagyu, brisket, quinoa… they have patty options. Much like a Shake Shack. I honestly can’t tell why they have such a low rating, these are some fantastic, creative burgers, fully deserving of 5 stars. Its not fast but thats not the point of a place like this - you come here for a GOOD burger. Get the CEO or Swag burger, bonkers good
BurgerFi has waygu burgers and hotdogs. There is also the option to dress or spruce up your french fries with different toppings such as parmesan cheese or aioli. Burgers are delicious and made to order. There is also a Coca Cola Dream Machine for your drinks. Don’t know if there was a after movie rush, but some of the tables were dirty, so that is the reason I didn’t give 5 stars although I would definitely go again.
